There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our house with a private entrance and private garden is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk =) Being so close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature is one of the elements that make our house special.

Our house is a 5-10 minute walk to the stony beach and the marina, and the second floor of a house with a garden and the entrances are separate. On the lower floor, me and my mother and father live 3 people, so our house can be called a family business. The house is in one of the most popular,safe, roaring and away from traffic neighborhoods for holiday, very clean and very close to the city park. Although we rent the second floor of our house, you can benefit from the opportunities offered by our garden. Burning barbecue,tea and coffee pleasure etc.

My house is a detached duplex with a covered patio and a garden. There is wireless internet, 55-inch LCD TV, 2 rooms with a ceiling, a fan on the ceiling in the living room, 24-hour solar hot water,kitchen supplies. Our apartment is 130m2, it is a 38m2 patio from the living room, it is a pleasant place where you can experience the day. Our house is included in the police identity notification system(KBS). TC ID/passports of the people who will stay at the entrances are requested and vehicle license plates are taken.
