Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Unforgettable moments with NOSTALGIA VİLLA...

My house is a detached duplex with an indoor patio and a garden. Wireless internet,55 inch LCD TV, 2 rooms have a fan on the ceiling, in the living room, 24 hours solar hot water,kitchen supplies for 24 hours. Our apartment is 130m2 and there is a 38m2 patio from the living room, it is a pleasant place where you can experience the day. There is a 1 ton water tank against water interruptions. Our house is included in the police identity notification system(KBS). TR ID/passports of the people who will stay in the apartments are requested and vehicle plates are taken.

Very Delightful 1 +1 Vacation Home with SukhaHome DATÇA Garden 1

Our house with a detached entrance and a private garden is located on the Kargi Bay road. It is located 6-7 mins walking distance to Hidden Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 min drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to provide transportation with local public transportation passing in front of our house every hour. It's also a fun way for those who like to walk.) It is so close to the center of Datça and to find accommodation in nature, it is one of the elements that make our home special.
