Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

The 70 m² bright non-smoking apartment for 1-4 people with its own terrace is located at the exit of the Weser village of Albaxen. From here you can start various activities such as canoeing or mountain biking. A bedroom for 2 guests and a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 guests as well as a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. If you would also like to enjoy a wellness massage, the InTouch massage oasis SUNSPIRIT is located directly in the house.

The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance. It is located on the 1st floor in our half-timbered house built in 1846. Pets are not allowed. WiFi and parking directly on the property can be used free of charge.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment on the first floor invites you to linger.
