Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Nad's Place Manila is a great place, the facilities are good the place is cozy perfect for any kinds of gatherings the host is responsive and the staffs are nice and responsive to our needs during our stay. its been fun staying in your place and more power to you.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Great stay in BGC. Lots of restaurants nearby, a walkable area, lots of shopping and a safe environment. The pictures of the room is the same in person. 2 good sized rooms to sleep. AC works well for the hot days outside. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s also a few umbrellas if it’s raining.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

The kitchen is a equiped with complete appliances and utensils, making it super easy to whip up your favorite meals. And no worries about sleeping arrangements; the bedrooms are perfectly sized for the number of guests. Plus, they've got all the great amenities you could ask for, like awesome sounds and reliable Wi-Fi. Seriously, every detail just makes your stay so enjoyable. You'll leave feeling happy and refreshed!

good place and really helpfull person, but no double electrical plug as you can find everywhere, the flat is really well furnished, but the ac is not working properly :-/

We loved how spacious the unit is and how close it is to the airport.

The Human touch will still supreme. The host or representative meets with a greetings and a smile, and takes you to your condo and show you how everything works and at end asks, “do you have any questions, and let us know if we can be help at any time. 5 stars in my book. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I am coming back to Manila soon.

As a family of three with a 6 year old we had a great stay in Cecilias place. The location is very convenient from the airport, which is a walking distance from terminal 3. Entertainment, food, toiletries, and other amenities are walking distance. At night time the main street comes alive with little stalls that sells different variety of food and products that gives the area character. We felt very safe walking the area. Cecilia as a host is amazing! shes on top of things and definately responds quick. If ever you have questions or concerns please dont hesitate to ask her. She's there to help. All in all would definately recommend and would come back.

Will definitely save this place since it is close to our relatives. location is great- close to malls. place is peaceful
