Des weiteren bieten alle unsere Apartments einen 32 Zoll TV und Eichenparkettboden. In den Doppelzimmern können die Betten entfernt von einander stehen. Apartment Michl – stilvoll, modern ausgestattet Alle drei Apartments haben eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Unser Apartment in Harthausen bei Friedberg liegt direkt am altbayrischen Ochsenweg. Es ist eingebettet in eine herrliche Landschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Bachlaufes. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn München-Stuttgart(A8) und die B300 (Augsburg-Ingolstadt) ist gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die nächste Ortschaft Dasing. Das Zentrum der Fuggerstadt Augsburg ist nur 12 km von Hathausen entfernt. Ihre Freizeit können sie mit zahlreichen Aktivitäten im Wittelsbacher Land verbringen: Friedberger Baggersee mit Wasserskianlage, Dasinger Freibad, Friedberger Hallenbad, legendäre Westerncity in Dasing, Stadt Friedberg mit seinem Schloss und interessantem Kulturangebot, Kinos in Aichach oder Augsburg.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

I felt very comfortable at the place, communication with Lena (information, tips on apartment and area, response to messages) a smooth 10/10 Clean rooms (room, kitchen, bathroom) and a generally pleasant atmosphere even with another roommate. You just shouldn't expect to get a parking space on the street a few meters around the apartment, but to be fair there was a small construction site right outside the door where you couldn't park and as far as I can tell the acute parking shortage applies to all of Augsburg 😄

The place was simply outstanding! Everything was clean and very well maintained. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating, so I felt welcome from the first minute. I took advantage of the breakfast offer and was very satisfied and so I was able to start the day perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can recommend this accommodation without reservation!

The reception by Toni and later the greeting by Angelika was very, very warm. It was a feeling of coming home. The two convey a lifestyle of mindfulness and cordiality that make the stay in their Airbnb something special. The apartment is beautifully bright and cozy, very tastefully decorated with the paintings of the landlady. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, I slept very well. A cool water to welcome us was really great after the long drive🌞😊! The location, the garden and the house are just beautiful. I'd love to come back. Kind regards, Anita
