Appartamento davvero molto bello e al di sopra dei soliti standard milanesi! Situato in una zona comodissima, a 2 passi dalla stazione di Porta Genova per metro e treni, e con molte linee di tram nei dintorni (alcune linee proprio sotto casa). Pulizia impeccabile e tutto in perfetto ordine, anche il palazzo è pulito e con balconi sulle scale stupendi. Francesco e Marco inoltre sono stati disponibilissimi e super-super gentili. Marco si è addirittura offerto di fare lui il check in online per me mentre ero a lavoro. Grazie! Ps. I tram fanno un po’ di rumore a volte ma non è stato un problema e io e il mio collega abbiamo dormito comodamente. Tornerò/torneremo volentieri nel caso ricapiti l’occasione.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was beautifully renovated, very clean, and exactly as described. Communication with Svitlana was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout. The location is convenient, relatively close to the city centre, and just a 10-minute walk to the metro. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!

Great experience. We stayed for only one night but the place is also perfect for longer time. All instructions were super clear and even if the streets are busy if the windows are closed there is barely no noise

Отличные чистые апартаменты, всё соответствует описанию (не хватало только утюга). Для 4 человек идеально. Расположение супер, 15-20 мин пешком до собора. Через дорогу прекрасная набережная с множеством кафе и ресторанов (местная Венеция).

The accommodation is in a very nice neighbourhood. It was easy to find, entering the building requires multiple passwords and steps which feels secure. It is 5-10 minute walk to 2 different metro lines/stations. You can walk to the touristic sites in half an hour. The lack of a kettle and teabags/coffee cups was a missed opportunity, also the advertised bathrobes were not provided. The accommodation was pretty but in need of some maintenance like spots on wall, black joints in the shower(glass). Overall it felt clean and host was very proactive in communication and replied quickly.

Beautiful little apartment, perfectly located near the hip canal district on the one hand and the metro into the center on the other. It's also close to the center on foot. The apartment had AC which was a very welcome surprise as well. Overall, wonderful place to stay when visiting Milan.
