The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

Built in 1900 with Yorkshire Stone, the cottage has been lovingly restored, sensitive to heritage but with comfortable modern amenities. Close to local shops and RSPB nature reserve. Fantastic views across the nature reserve from bedrooms. There is a full kitchen, Wifi, heating, bath and power shower.

Carnegie Library, built in 1906 and continued as a library up until 1970s. This apartment was the reading room. Beautiful original large arched windows bring natural light to the place. It is an unusual layout with mezzanine floor for the bedroom and a little nook area for the sofa bed. Separate bathroom with shower etc. Please note you are coming to an ex mining village so while Swinton it's self is not a holiday area , it is central to many interesting places around.
