We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Lakefront property, remodeled with private dock - Sleeps 8. Located in a premier fishing cove. There is a water trampoline & floating pad that are available from May-Labor day. Close to Pt Marina & Dandridge. Easy access to Knoxville, Sevierville, PF, Gatlinburg and Asheville. The home features 3 Q beds, twin, & 2 sofa beds. Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Being just ten minutes to I-40 or boat ramp, half an hour to Pigeon Forge, forty -five minutes to Knoxville, hour and a half to Asheville, NC, surrounded by mountains and Douglas Lake, this home is centrally located to many attractions but in a quiet area for relaxing as well. Free parking for all of the toys, free wi-fi, large deck for stargazing, close to the action!
