This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is located in Carrum. Yes, it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available. EV charging available at self cost.
