Large Private Ranch W/ Pool

The house was spotless and very large inside. Katherine was very communicative and responded quickly when asked about basic cooking supplies. There is a busy street right next to the house and at one point strange men entered the back yard to the pool without letting us know to expect them. Lots of trees which shaded the pool but also drop a lot of leaves in the pool. My family living there did say Sumter has a high crime rate and we were near a “bad” area and we did hear gunshots on Saturday night.

Once again Crystal and Joe have made me and my ESA feel comfortable wile staying at their pool house. This place is my go to wile staying locally for work. If this property is not available, there is another property i use a few miles away, but this is always my first choice.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house was CLEAN. we couldn’t stop talking about how clean everything was. We also loved the front porch. Most of our stay was spent outside on the porch. Communication with the host was always great. Check in and check out process was very easy. We will absolutely be coming back!

Where do I start!! The Home was absolutely beautiful. The decorations, the appliances, to the overall ambiance of the home was AMAZING!! It was much bigger than what I imagined. House had all the current gadgets and the open space throughout the home. Our stay in Sumter was for a Class Alumni Hillcrest. To my Suprise the beautiful artwork around the home was done mostly by a classmate Marie Lyriq Grady!! That made the trip extra special. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. i will be booking with you again.

Great place as we traveled and stayed one night. Very peaceful and clean. Good floor plan for the family and all is accessible and availble within a reach of a hand. Not small large enough for great gathering or just like we did stayed over night. Great communication. Happy we made there.
