Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Le Macine is an old renovated mill located inside a fish farm in Villa Collemandina on the banks of the Corfino River, an isolated place surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. The independent house of about 80 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. Outside we find numerous open spaces, a barbecue area, a veranda with a small table and a wood-burning oven.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.
