I live right next to the two apartments that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved apartments with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola (a kind of hermit). At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Barn

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Casa-Le Macine

Le Macine is an old renovated mill located inside a fish farm in Villa Collemandina on the banks of the Corfino River, an isolated place surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. The independent house of about 80 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. Outside we find numerous open spaces, a barbecue area, a veranda with a small table and a wood-burning oven.

Take a break and relax in the tranquility of Lunigiana. Apartment surrounded by greenery and with magnificent views of the Apuan Alps, in a good location halfway between the sea and the mountains. The apartment is only 2 kilometers from supermarkets, gas stations and bus and train stops from which you can easily reach the Cinque Terre and cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca Genoa and Parma.

Serenella

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

The Jane's House in Piazza al Serchio

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.
