Ein wirklich zweckmäßig, eingerichtetes Haus in super Lage. Optimal für Besuche in Berlin, ohne den Großstadttrubel am Abend😉 wir kommen gerne wieder.

What a cozy, lovey cottage in the peaceful beautiful neighborhood that gives you a taste of Germany. Surrounded by nature it has a feel of very quiet home away from home. With a short 5 min walk to the bus stop there is a short ride to the train stations from where we explored Berlin and Potsdam, and got to the airport to fly back home. Marcella is a wonderful host and a great communicator. We had such a good time staying there, enjoyed it immensely. If we happen to go to Berlin in the future, Marcella's cottage will be our first choice. Thank you Marcella!

wij werden gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. bij aankomst werden wij verrast door een verwenpakket en welkomsgroet. alles is aanwezig om te koken en te verblijven. prima bedden, heel schoon, lekker privé en schoon sanitair. perfecte uitvalsbasis om met de trein naar Berlijn te gaan en de omgeving te ontdekken. Ich war schon öfter mit meinem Dackel zu Besuch und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Gemütlich, sauber, alles da was das Herz begehrt und zentral gelegen für unsere Zwecke.

Carolina’s house is absolutely beautiful. Very convenient for S bahn train and Olympic stadium. But that doesn’t do it justice the house is charming and in a beautiful green setting very peaceful. The rooms are all very well equipped and Carolina was so helpful we had some great restaurant recommendations she really is a super host. Thank you so much

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – besonders die Küche war top eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The place is magical and the house is extremely beautiful and so spacious. It has everything you need, and is extremely comfortable. There is a very beautiful garden. We would love to stay here again, and even make a trip here for that purpose. Nina was extremely helpful. She baked bread for us on two nights, and when our daughter was hospitalised she helped us out a lot at the hospital. We are so grateful to her! Thank you so much Nina.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allen Dingen die man so benötigt, gute Anbindung durch Nähe zum Bahnhof und letztlich einem kommunikativem Host der äußerst hilfsbereit ist!

Die Kommunikation mit Katrin vor/bei der Anreise war immer schnell und problemlos. Wir wurden von ihr persönlich sehr nett und freundlich in Empfang genommen. Sie hat uns auch in den folgenden Tagen viele schöne Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Lage ist superruhig mit altem Baumbestand drumherum. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (die Fotos geben die Realität wieder :-) Sie ist in sehr gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll mit Deko-Utensilien und Bildern ausgestattet, sodass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bezogen, Handtücher im Bad lagen bereit und selbst Gartenmöbel und ein Grill waren vorhanden. Es gibt ein verschließbares Gartenhaus für die Fahrräder und einen Parkplatz am Haus. Für uns das perfekte Domizil für 11 Tage Fahrradurlaub in/um Berlin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt, daher 5*****

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Der große Garten zur Alleinnutzung mit Terrasse, Liegestühlen und Hollywoodschaukel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin bzw. deren Mutter war sehr gut. Sie war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft einfach nur empfehlen, auch die Gegend ist wunderschön und auch die Nähe zu Berlin ist ein Pluspunkt. Deshalb 5 Sterne für alles. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Loved staying at Heike's apartment - it's very nice, clean, and close to a very accessible train station, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with Heike was fast and clear and the check-in and check-out process was simple and painless. This apartment was perfect for my trip as I was working remotely during the day and going out nights and weekends. Just FYI, it's in a more quiet place in Berlin so if you're looking for more of a nightlife scene, would suggest staying closer to the center of the city. Overall, it was fantastic staying there and the pricing was fair for the value. Thanks so much, Heike!

Eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation verlief zügig und entspannt und sie war sehr bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt.

Mein zweites Mal bei Falk als Gast. Schönes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Eine totale Oase mit jeder Menge guter gastronomischer Angebote in der Nähe.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.

Mit Hingabe gewählte Fliesen und sehr durchdachte und gut ausgeführte Fliesenarbeiten. Kein besonderer Luxus, aber alles vorhanden und sehr sauber.

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Alles war sauber und ruhig und sehr bequem. Alles ist innerhalb 30 min erreichbar plus dass die Gegend an sich selbst wunderschön ist! Meine Partnerin war zum 1 mal in berlin und fand es ebenfalls super! Gerne wieder !!

Anke war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel (das fiel mir insbesondere auf, weil wir später ankamen als erwartet). Eir freuten uns sehr über die Begrüßung und wir das Gefühl bekamen wirklich willkommen zu sein :-) Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft schön und sehr sauber. Der angrenzende Schlossgarten ist sehr einladend, von hier aus kommt man direkt auf den Kunstwanderweg. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen!
