Boat trips are possible right in front of the house; a paddle boat rental is close to the apartment. In addition, the Schlossinsel [castle island] with water playground, the Hain [grove], bike and hiking trails as well as the castle are within walking distance.

Im nahegelegenen See kannst du baden, angeln und Kanu fahren. Blicke in den Wald und auf die Felder während du morgens gemütlich deinen Kaffee trinkst. Bestaune bei Nacht durch das Dachfenster, was der klare Sternenhimmel dir zu bieten hat. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zudem zwei weitere Ferienhäuser. Alle drei wurden 2024 komplett saniert

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.
