The cabin was finished in Easter 2020 and is idyllically located in Midtre Fjellsnaret on the sunny side of Uvdal. The cabin is over 1000 meters above sea level with panoramic views, sun all day, idyllic and undisturbed. Here at the foot of Hardangervidden there are countless opportunities for great nature experiences and fun activities for the whole family this summer. Cross-country trails with large network of trails right outside the door, and an Alpine slope with lots of possibilities for big and small.

Trivelig og moderne leilighet med sentral beliggenhet i Geilo Velkommen til et enkelt, fredelig og komfortabelt overnattingssted – ideelt for deg som ønsker å bo sentralt, men samtidig ha rolige omgivelser. Leiligheten ble renovert i 2025 og ligger i 2. etasje, kun 150 meter fra Geilo sentrum. Her har du kort vei til butikker, restauranter, togstasjon og ikke minst flotte tur- og skimuligheter. Ski Geilo tilbyr gratis skibuss med holdeplass rett ved hovedveien – perfekt for en dag i ski bakken!

Great cabin at 1100 meters above sea level

Want a break from an otherwise stressful everyday life? The only thing you have to do is to pack your bag and make your trip here to Vasstulan 1100. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings where both ski slopes and hiking trails are right outside the door! The cabin is large and has a capacity for 13 guests, this is therefore a unique opportunity to gather friends/family for a pleasant, relaxing weekend in the high mountains! Our appartment is quite central with easy access to many of Geilos activities and the surounding nature. The apartment is very modern and self contained. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. Only 150 m walk you find the Ski bus stop, Bakery, Swimming pool, Bar and the locals favourite restaurant Sofia's. 10 min walk to Slaata heisen and the ski area Slaata. We wish you a great stay! Welcome to our mountain cabin in Primhovda, Ål, where modern comfort meets authentic Norwegian charm. 🇳🇴 Perfect for couples, families, and outdoor enthusiasts to relax by the fire, enjoy mountain views, and breathe fresh alpine air. With alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and fishing right outside your door, adventure awaits year-round. Ål is the perfect base for exploring Hallingdal, with Geilo and Hemsedal a short drive away.

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
