The cabin is located at the foot of Hardangervidda 1030 masl. There is beautiful hiking terrain right outside the cabin door with endless opportunities for nature experiences for small children's feet to experienced mountaineers. Right behind the cabin wall there are cross-country ski trails that can take you far into Hardangervidda or around the nearby area. Uvdal alpine center is only 10 minutes away by car for speed-loving ski enthusiasts. At the same time, Dagali Mountain Park, Dagali experiences and Langedrag Nature Park offer exciting experiences.

At 920 meters above sea level, you will have a fantastic view of Gaustatoppen, peaceful surroundings, and very good sun conditions from morning to evening. A short distance to Snaufjellet, great hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming, and cross-country skiing, as well as mountain farm life at Håvardsrud and the cultural heritage of Rjukan, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Gaustablikk Skisenter is 50 km from the cabin. The cabin is well suited for families and guests who want tranquility, nature, views and great experiences all year round.

Cozy cabin with stunning views and location. The cabin is located at the top of Høk cabin area, 1060 masl. Lots of great hiking trails and miles of cross-country trails right outside the cabin door. Alpine slope nearby with a total of 25 slopes and 5 lifts, child-friendly and good off-piste/free-ride opportunities. With enough snow you can ski from the cabin on a ski slope, which connects the two ski centers on both sides of the valley. The place is a great starting point for active days all year round. Right by cross-country ski trails in winter, and great hiking opportunities in summer and autumn. Road all the way to the cabin and parking for several cars outside the cabin. 10 min drive to Geilo which has a wide range of activities in summer and winter.
