The apartment is located in a peaceful area and it's close to the train station, various restaurants, shops - perfect for people who want to explore the city on foot. I highly recommend it!

it is a great place for the price, you can hear a bit the neighbours but that is a small minus comparable to the rest. To new people good luck trying to have a shower and not spill water outside the cabin

The apartment was nicely decorated and well maintained - just like in the photos. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The host was excellent. Great communication and went above and beyond to take care of us and answer any questions we had. We extended our stay twice!

Very nice apartment and very tastefully decorated. 2 separately adjustable air conditioners and easy access to the apartment via stairwell or elevator. Even though we did not use the offer for a parking space, there was always a parking space close to the street in the evening. Parking costs 30zl per day and Saturday and Sunday is free parking. We were there for a weekend to visit family. The place was as described, the area was very quiet and you felt safe. A Zabka and a Lidl were within walking distance. We are very positive about the value for money.

Great place for relaxing weekend away from the city. A lot of walking trails in the area, surrounded by forest. Big fenced garden perfect for dog owners. The flat has everything you need for your stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, there was absolutely nothing missing inside – from basic kitchen utensils, through fresh bedding, to small amenities that made the stay very easy. The location is also very convenient, and the contact with the host is smooth and very pleasant. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free accommodation!

Highly recommend Tomasz’s property! It was way better than expected, and the food at Mamma Mia’s was excellent! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds around the home and hot tub are very pretty.

I stayed in this one-bedroom apartment in Katowice for about two and a half months while working in the area, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The location was excellent: close to a beautiful park, a gym and swimming pool, and a convenient store just around the corner. It also had easy access to the main road, which made commuting very straightforward. The only small downside was the lack of dedicated parking. At times, I had to park a bit farther from the apartment, but I was always able to find a spot eventually, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Katowice, especially for an extended period!

The accommodation was a real experience. It was beautiful and clean. Nicer than the photos. It was luxury and I had a hard time leaving there. I would prefer to stay. Everything is a stone throw away - groceries, downtown, train. It was really cool THANK YOU

Fantastic place. Very modern, very stylish. Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room and Bedroom all lovely. Very well furnished. Massive TV Lovely balcony area. Felt safe. Water pressure good. Lots of cupboard space. Only thing missing was a microwave and some oven gloves. Not much to do in the surrounding area, other than going to see the castle, so best for a quiet retreat. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.
