Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Custer

The location of the property is awesome as far as proximity to everything. We visited Lead,Sturgis, Deadwood, Wall, Badlands and if course Custer State park. The property is quiet, has all of the amenities of home as well as a near by grocery store. There is a gas grill at the house, which is a nice perk and let me not forget- the owner offers a state park pass with your stay which covers the cost of the Custer park (or any other state park). The sky, air and stars are amazing up there. This home made it worth the trip and stay in South Dakota. And a side note, if looking for a local Mexican restaurant, visit Marias. Very good and affordable! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful trip!

Close to Blaze and Marco's pizza. Close to grocery stores and access to the black hills. Close to downtown bars and resturants. Quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Cozy and clean home.

The “Home in Hermosa” was absolutely stunning. It exceeded all expectations. Everything we needed for our stay to explore the state and national parks! Jana was very quick to respond to any questions we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend. If we ever come back out here “the home in Hermosa” will be our 1st choice! The Roses

Susanne’s house is amazing. I am a clean freak and this surpassed my standards. The house is super cute and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the house is super cozy. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone. Susanne is very sweet, kind, and extremely responsive. The area is safe and you’ll get to see dear walking around the neighborhood. Don’t stay anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and book Susanne’s home. Thank you for being the best host, Susanne.

An awesome cabin, in an even more awesome location.

We loved this home. It was clean and well stocked with supplies and kitchen needs. We especially appreciated the healthful touches like the filtered water and salt lamps. Beds were comfortable. Host Dace showed us around upon arrival and kept in touch.

Amazing house with amazing views! It had everything advertised and the ping pong and air hockey worked!! We had several rainy days….

I gotta say I was nervous because it was a last minute pick but it should’ve been my first… great location the views from the front porch were amazing and it was an overall cozy peaceful stay after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely book this stay again in a heartbeat if I come back to visit!!!

Great and cozy place to stay. Kathy and Blake are great people and very friendly. We trailed our motorcycle to S.D and it rained several days while we were there. They allowed us to use their garage for the motorcycle. Quiet place with a great view. Close enough to all the sites you would want to visit near Rapid City. Nicely decorated, felt like home.

Angie made sure we had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful place. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Clear communication on the stay, check in and out process! Everything in the home was clean and organized and in a great spot!

This place was so great we extended our stay. Just a block from Main Street and great restaurants. The property was wonderful, well thought out, and secluded for being in the heart of downtown. We knew it was an old house and expected there to be small issues but we found none. Kitchen appliances were newer, water pressure was good, and even the steep stairs to the second level had a convenient work around. We definitely plan to stay again.

Custer Camp is 5 star all way around and is the best place we have ever stayed. Great amenities that include a well equipped kitchen, pool table, hot tub, gas fired stove in living room, and a stocked pond. The views were amazing right from the property which is situated on 40 acres where we were able to see bald eagles, deer, and elk. The host were very accommodating to our needs and even provided a special treat during our stay. The property is centrally located to all of the attractions in the area making it very easy to get to trails, lakes, landmarks, shopping and dining. You will feel right at home with wi-fi, jetted tub and plenty of movies with a large couch for the whole family to enjoy and plan out your day. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We visited the Needle Highway, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. It was very close to these attractions. We saw wild turkeys and a marmot which we thought were beautiful in the yard. The place was very clean and spacious. The hot tub worked great. It was the best Airbnb we have ever been too.

Location was great, central to all the things we wanted to do. Block of cabins made for social environment with other families and kids which was nice. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Sarah’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house and surroundings were beautiful—just like the photos. And Sarah had obviously put much thought into making her guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

My son loved staying at Squirrel Hill so much several years ago that he actually asked to come back for his high school graduation trip. The spot is perfect and the host is so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as described and special was all the wildlife that was around. Made sitting outside in the morning peaceful as you watched deer and turkeys make their way around
