Excellent location, near the wedding venue; super kind and responsive; we stayed in the upstairs area and took a little time to figure out that there were two rental options--recommend a sign that delineates the two entrances. I would rent again, just to enjoy the space and countryside.

Place was as described. Very flexible, clean, & host is friendly & accommodating. Access to the campground below is a very nice perk!

Condo served all our needs. Very well decorated and great beds. We were the first renters. Helpful suggestions- posted clear instructions for the condo. I.E. turn hot water heater and main water line on, WiFi password, how to operate a/c unit, wash clothes, etc. Outside areas needed a cleaning for bugs and cobwebs. But We would return for another for sure!

We just love this place so much... its our second home now :) and I absolutely LOVE the host of this property!!! :)

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home had everything we needed for cooking and then some, a grill on the spacious porch with plenty of patio seating, a fire pit, charcoal and lighter fluid were provided, games of all kinds, super comfy beds, easy check in, great local recommendations, close enough to the grocery store and other eateries for convenience but secluded enough for relaxation also. Beautiful Bull Shoals lake was right out the back and the White River was also VERY nearby. The kids enjoyed fishing right out back and made use of the floats and life jackets that were on hand. Very calm & peaceful setting. Heather is a very gracious and hospitable host and always responded within a few minutes! We didn't have any problems, everything was clean and tidy. One of our favorite places we've stayed! If we are ever in the area we will definitely book again and highly recommend this place!

Beautiful deck on the river. Linens were of high quality. Everything was just as described. Highly recommend.

This place was awesome. Great view, the home was stocked with what ever we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of , No spiders, which was a big plus for my wife. I would definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of long-time friends getting together for a legendary trip. We really appreciated the peaceful river setting, the well stocked kitchen, and the awesome Pit Boss smoker (which got plenty of use!). Everything worked great and we didn’t have a single issue during our visit. Highly recommend this place for groups looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of space and charm. The Mudita Spa was everything we hoped for and more. It was the most exquisite setting of any vacation home we've stayed in. She truly has a gem. When you first step in you notice how Immaculately clean it is. Then it's visually appealing with classy, luxury decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since I'm a coffee-holic my favorite kitchen item was the coffee bean grinder with complimentary beans! Bring bug spray, because you'll want to stay on one of the 3 back decks over looking the running creek/waterfalls. I couldn't get enough of its relaxing sound. There is SO much to say about this awesome place, I'm sure I'll forget something. This is a place where lasting memories are made. The float spa was a unique experience. The sauna was a welcoming warmth on a cool rainy day. The outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the creek felt so good. The Mudita Spa experience is worth the price. It's definitely worth the splurge.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was very clean and worked amazingly! You can add your apps to the tvs! Easy check out! Lots of blankets! Very comfortable beds!

Felt so comfortable and safe in this area. Everything you want to do in the city is close by. Grocery, restaurants, attractions. We loved it! Would've been good to know about license needed for boat & jet ski rental in advance. FYI bring your own, it's cheaper. Nice there's a boat slip for that to bring your own.

This condo is well appointed and has all the things you might need. It’s beautifully decorated and has lots of room! The beds are heavenly. Sunrises are amazing from the balcony. This host is very thoughtful and proactive to make sure you have a great trip.

We had an amazing time on our weekend getaway! It was so peaceful & cozy. It was rainy during our stay, but knowing that we had indoor activities at the condo made us feel at ease. There was plenty of space & tons of amenities. We will definitely be back!

Everything was exactly as pictured and described in listing. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Condo has everything you need. Kitchen is very well equipped. Checking in and checking out was easy. Very clean. Amazing view of the lake and close to the pool. Highly recommend.

Loved it, although a little far from the strip (30 min) it's very close to the Ozarks amphitheater. The view was beautiful the area was nice. The screened in porch was so nice at night to be outside and be bug free next to the river. 😊

This is a great place to stay if you want to golf, fish or just go sight seeing! The condo was very quiet and comes with a beautiful view from the balcony. We didn't need a thing, everything was provided. Thanks!
