Had a wonderful stay. Definitely will stay again in the future. Everything was a pictured, host was on top of everything and very accomodating.

Great accommodations!! Cozy and quiet. Clean and comfy. April and Tristan are quick to respond and very helpful. We have stayed here before and will stay here again the next time we visit.

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

Kay's place is absolutely the best place to stay! super clean .. its private and quiet and the club house restaurant is amazing. We ate there 3 times! the food is excellent and staff there is so nice too. This is my third time staying at Kay's again and will be back again. We are definitely repeat renters 😍

We take a family vacation every year and this was our favorite place we've stayed. Everything about it was perfect for us. Secluded but two minutes from everything. The house was beautiful and clean; lots of room for everyone. The basement was perfect for the kids. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a stay this was. The host was great, too!

Absolutely beautiful home and the view is breathtaking. Our son enjoyed the outdoor game and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay here every single time we are in the area. Thank you for hosting our family.

Great place to stay! We were driving through and needed a place to stay with kids overnight. Thankful we chose this rental. Very convenient, cozy, and had everything we needed!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the views were seriously breathtaking. We went to Blanchard springs caverns and some local restaurants which were really good, but we spent the majority of our stay in the pool and the hot tub. It was such a peaceful stay, very tranquil and private. Our dog had a great time exploring the land. Edie ensures you have everything you could possibly need in the house and at the pool. We will definitely be coming back the next time we want to go on a getaway in the mountains!

We loved our stay. A beautiful cabin home with fully stocked kitchen that included everything we needed. Three bedrooms each with own private bath, and an additional bunk room in loft. Great place for an extended family getaway with a unique setup. We had a small issue (none of which were owners fault), they responded extremely quick and fixed our problem immediately. We would definitely love to stay again the next time we are in area!

it was very private and peaceful stay. We enjoyed swimming with the goldfish. FYI if you plan to have an adult beverage during your stay BYOB it was 45 minutes to a liquor store 😵 ((dry county)). You must try Mazzio's pizza it was awesome. We had a very nice time and would go again.

Chris's communication is top notch from start to end. The cabin is perfect for our guys to stay in while working out of town.

The place was beautiful. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking. It is the cutest little cabin and nice and peaceful off the beaten path.

Very nice people location hard to get which we were told you’d need fourwheeler drive but didn’t know it was that extreme no swimming access due to flooding a lot of things weren’t available which was of course not their fault

Great place to stay pictures are an accurate description of the place. You are right on the lake to see ducks and beavers with your morning cup of coffee such a relaxing place to stay thank you Eileen.

We had such a wonderful stay at the bat-cave! Being on the river was SO fun. We were able to kayak and swim and turtle watch! The deck is a true show stopper. We spent ALL of our time out there. As a dog owner, I really appreciate great pet friendly spaces and this is IT. As a fellow hands on Airbnb host, if you have an issue - which we didn’t - I am confident that Kathryne would address it timely and appropriately. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The pictures depict your stay so if this is your vibe then I highly recommend.

We loved staying here. Seeing the cows in the field. The stars were very visible at night with no light pollution in the area. The beds are bigger than they look in the picture and are very comfortable. A nice quiet getaway

Georgia was an absolute gem of a host. She made us feel like old time friends. She was super attentive and responsive. We also got their delicious beef and fresh eggs which was an extra treat of our stay. I 100% recommend getting their products because they are top of the line. We were so charm by the cabin and its surroundings. Just a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.

Amber's place is the perfect place for a quiet getaway! The view of Current River out your window was so relaxing. The house was extremely cozy with the comfiest beds and so so clean. She had all the little things you could need while away from home, too. Really appreciated how responsive Amber was too with any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. Truly can't say enough positive thing about our experience. We cannot wait to come back!
