The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

Cri Apartment

The CRI apartment, located on the second floor of a building in the town center and a short walk from the lake. Consisting of a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed, balcony, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Free wifi, satellite TV, transportable air conditioning, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, an umbrella and two deckchairs. The building does not have an elevator. Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

The 90 sqm apartment with private entrance, private garage, kitchen, large living room, bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom with sofa bed (140x200) for 1/2 people, air conditioning (consumption), south-facing with long panoramic balcony and porch, is located on the 1st floor of a residence with a 2000 sqm garden planted with trees, shrubs and flowers. The modern villa with swimming pool is located a little higher on the mountain, in a quiet area in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, close to Lake Maggiore. You have a view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake. The villa (9 pers) consists of a spacious house (upstairs) and a separate smaller apartment (downstairs). The house (5 people) and apartment (4 people) are rented separately from each other except in July and August. The villa is then rented as a whole.

Casa Rita/The TOWER Apt. Amazing view of the lake

The Tower is a lovely and cosy apartment with an amazing view of Lake Maggiore. It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio. Probably in very old times, this house was a kind of castle with his courtyard and the tower reaching 360 °of sight!
