This self-contained ground floor annexe is situated in a quiet residential Road in the Town of Hedge End Southampton. Annexe is equipped and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 2 Adults with a large Bedroom with Kingsize bed and double doors opening onto Private Patio with Hot tub and outdoor seating area. Private en-suite Bathroom with Shower. We are 2 minute walk from Local Pub, Coop, Costa, Greggs and Tea Room. Tea/coffee Facilities provided Parking space on our driveway

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views looking over the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run dairy farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore, not to mention fresh milk and a local breakfast hamper! The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

The Warsash Annex
The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Annexe + garden, kingbed, tennis
The Annexe at The Crossways is a detached self-contained annexe, next to but completely separate from the main house, comprising most of the downstairs and all the upstairs above the garage space. The Annexe has its own private garden area for your sole use, with outdoor furniture, a barbeque (with charcoal provided) a little chimenea and rugs to keep cosy in the evenings. You are welcome to use the tennis court – basic racquets and balls are provided.
