Thanks to the favorable location, in 2 minutes on foot we find Via Roma, a pedestrian area, with restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In the area (5-minute walk) pharmacies, supermarket, tobacco shops, delis and banks. In front of the entrance to the building is the headquarters of the Central Post Office. Electric car charging station 10 meters away. The train station and S. Croce Civil Hospital are a 15-minute walk away.
