Nice and spacious apartment, as the pictures showed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates etc, so cooking yourself could be very easy. Communication with Patty, who received us, was very easy. Apartment is a short walk from the boulevard.

The apartment was exactly as described. The back terrace has distant sea views, perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Denia's beaches and restaurants (7 mins drive). Excellent walking trails up the Montgo. Our host, Victor, was super responsive and helpful when we had some questions. Check in and check out was flexible too.

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Elvis was a fabulous super host. We were late arriving due to a traffic accident on the Granvia, and he obliged us with late check in and complimentary drinks at the local Bar. His apartment was spotless and close to restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. Wonderful stay. Would love to return.

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

I booked the apartment for the second time and there will definitely be a third time. It is clean. Located within walking distance of the boulevard. And you look at the pool

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a great stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect and contains everything you need for a successful vacation. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into town. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return by plane to Norway and then got to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I would love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! Fantastic stay at Fer's! She is a very responsive and attentive host, made sure everything was as easy as can be for us. Everything was perfect and we didn't feel we were missing anything.

I loved the apartment, it’s a big open living area with a fantastic terrace looking southwest to the most amazing sunsets. Perfect location, a few kilometers from Moraira with all amenities within easy reach. Eva was very attentive and approachable, although I didn’t have any problems during my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, it’s the perfect location for me!

Amazing place and view , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The sunrises are gorgeous with a view directly from the bedroom bed. The host is caring and available all the time. The place , price and quality are perfect . The case when reality exceeded expectations . Convenient area in terms of transport links to the center and the airport . Wide beaches and wonderful sand . I would come back here again. I highly recommend !))))

Everything is great with Vladi. Communicative at all times, he was very friendly and a great host.

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it is also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. We stayed for the month of May apartment was perfect in every way amazing balcony and views Only a few of minutes, walk to the beach and a couple of minutes to the port Sarah was an amazing host and couldn’t do enough for us when we was booking. We asked if there was a safe. she said there wasn’t but had one fitted. and it was perfect for our passports and small laptop. Although the apartment was very safe and we felt very secure there.we will definitely be going back again. Tony&Sue

Lovely place, with beautiful pool area. Great communication wit Pia. Easy access. Things to note: On a very busy main road, so lots of traffic noise during the day. You do block it out after a time, but its worth knowing. The roof terrace is amazing, with stunning virws, but not large. The property is a studio appartment. No seperate seating area inside. Kitchen is not really equipt for cooking. Fridge door hung on the wrong side, which is strange. We stayed for 2 weeks. We were told if we wanted clean sheets and towels at the end of the first week, that this was not catered for. If we wanted, we could pay. Eventually, we were offered the use of the washing machine for the towels ( quick cyle only). These are just points to note. They dont spoil the fact that we had an amazingly relaxed holiday.
