Waterfront vacation rentals in Cumberland River

Excellent stay for the price. Lovely spot right on the river that was so peaceful I fell asleep in one of the adironack chairs for over an hour without even meaning to. Accomodation was more than adequate; very comfortable bed. Would be a great HQ for a Smoky Mountain adventure.

Dawn and her husband were the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, and we felt absolutely at home the entire time. The place is as described and with an outstanding deck and view of the lake. The Labrador Retrievers, Toby and Willy, greeted us every morning and became instant friends for our Labrador. We plan to return for another visit when we can take full advantage of boating and fishing on Norris Lake. One of our best Airbnb experiences and we can't give a higher recommendation for our hosts.

10/10 recommend!!! We LOVED our stay here! Laurie was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. They offered us their kayaks and the grill. They had waters, creamer, muffins, and coffee in the room. Could not ask for a better airbnb!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

We stayed in Nashville three nights. Loved the place and the location. It is in a historic part of the city, walking distance to nearby restaurants, yet being on the river it's peaceful. Kimberly was very responsive, we got her response within minutes when we had trouble with the lock, but she walked us through it. The apartment kitchen and bathroom looked like it had just been remodeled. The kitchen appliances looked brand new. the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as was the bathroom. we found the king size bed to be very comfortable. It was great to enjoy the pool after an morning of sightseeing. we would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

We loved This house! It was the perfect spot on the lake, and the covered boat dock was great! It even had a swing to sit and relax in while the kids enjoyed kayaking and trying to paddle board which gave us lots of laughs 😊 The host supplied the home with so many complimentary items if you forget anything no worries she has it available for you, such a nice change from most of the homes we rent while on vacation! The driveway is perfect especially if pulling a boat or even if you want to take daily walks as I did. The beds are always a big deal for us as we want clean and comfortable and this house had both, they was so comfortable and clean and fresh!! You can truly tell that the host cares about her renters and making their stay amazing!! I could go on and on about this home but unfortunately there is not enough room for me to type all that i need to ..lol...Thank you again Debbie for allowing us to stay in your home, as we truly loved your place and had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Ruth's place. It was our third time there and it has come to feel like home. Ruth goes the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Her orange cake is outstanding. Her place is well stocked in the kitchen. The gas grill and gas fire pit were very enjoyable. We did a lot of fishing from the private, covered dock and caught a wide variety of fish. Even just sitting on the dock and bird watching is enjoyable. We saw many wild turkeys and deer and even fireflies at night. There is a marina not far away to get fishing supplies and a free boat ramp nearby. The Fishing Hole restaurant is a great place to eat nearby. Ruth's place is a wonderful place to stay.

We had an incredible stay at Alison’s place. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake and unforgettable sunsets each evening. Waking up to that beautiful landscape every day was a true highlight. Alison was exceptionally responsive and made communication effortless. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Comfortable home with floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. This secluded home and outdoor deck helped us relax immediately!! Shane/Leigh Ann helped when we had questions; and communication was great. We were allowed to bring our little Cavachon dog and he was as relaxed as we were. This is the second home we have rented with Shane. Going back to this home in September and we’ll make reservations for next Spring. Thank You, Shane!! Excellent location with easy access to main lake and marina, we brought our pontoon boat and kept it at the dock during our stay, very easy access to water and dock. Plenty of parking and cooking utensils. This unit was exactly as described and very clean. We will be staying here again.

Such a great stay-close enough to everything going on but far enough away for a peaceful stay! Had such a great time watching all of the different birds. Cant wait to stay here again!

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

I booked last minute for a quick weekend trip and the location was perfect for us, everything was within walking distance: broadway, the farmers market, Brooklyn bowl. The place was in a nice quiet spot so I’d def stay again

We loved the view of the river and especially the old train track bridge that goes right beside it. It was really a fun historic filling location only half a mile from Broadway. Scarlett also did a great job with anything that we had questions about or needed. Fantastic host.

Nice apartment in a vibrant historic part of town.. lots of shops, restaurants, taverns & government buildings. Quite a find!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at Karen's place. This is a beautiful spot, quiet and peaceful yet easy to get to. There were plenty of thoughtful touches, such as reserved parking spaces, a welcome basket, and plenty of towels and linens. The kids (and dog) enjoyed walking around the pond in the evenings. The first day, I bought a cute coffee mug from the thrift store on the property and enjoyed coffee on the porch from it the next morning. We chose this spot because it is convenient to the Cumberland Gap National Park, and it did not disappoint.

The hostess with the mostest. Everything that would be required for a great stay was there. Beautiful surroundings and a great view of the river. Easy access to all the local attractions, maps, ice - the list just goes on and on. I recommend this AirB&B to all who are going to Nashville. 6 stars out of 5.
