We offer attractive self catering accommodation in a quiet picturesque rural Cumbrian village in the Lyvennet Valley at the northern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You will enjoy exclusive use of this well equipped house for 5 guests (with additional mezzanine double sofa bed if required). This former guest house on Blencathra Street in central Keswick never feels overcrowded. 5 double bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The dining room seats up to 12, the kitchen diner seats 4, plus a large living room with open fires and views of Skiddaw and Latrigg. Also private parking for 2 cars (priceless in summer) The shops, bars and restaurants of Keswick are just a short walk, as is Derwent Water with numerous activities. Very easy access to local walks from your doorstep too.

Beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of a thriving yet peaceful village on the edge of the Lake District, close to the northern fells. Within walking distance of a village pub, shop, cafes and gift shop. Caldbeck is situated on the fifth and final section of the Cumbria Way. The cottage is perfect for walkers and non-walkers as there is plenty to do around the area. If you are bringing your dog, please make sure you include them in your booking as there is a charge to bring a pet.

Bring the whole family to Church House, a beautiful old farmhouse with lots of room for fun. With spacious living areas and lovely bedrooms, it's a wonderful place to stay whatever the weather. There's also a large garden with incredible views across the Eden Valley to the Pennines and Lakeland Fells. The property was recently upgraded with the addition of a large, sky-lit dining space that makes it a superb location for entertaining.
