Wir haben Erwin und seine Frau selbst getroffen. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich und haben alles sehr genau und zugleich großzügig erklärt. Wir waren leider in einer Zeit da in der es viel geregnet hat und oft kalt war. Sehr ungewöhnlich, wie alle sagten. Da war es sehr gut eine funktionierende Fußbodenheizung zu haben. Auch die Fenster waren dicht. Es gibt viele Fenster so dass es hell war. Nach vorne geht es zu dem einen großen Fußweg der Insel raus. Man kann gucken wie die Leute von den Fähren zum Strand pilgern und zurück. Einen richtigen Blick zum Meer gibt es nicht. Nach hinten ist es ruhig und sonnig. Rund herum stehen andere Ferienhäuser, die aber im Feb März alle leer standen. Ein paar Bauarbeiten wurden an den anderen Häusern gemacht, fit für den Sommer. Das Pärchen, dem das Haus gehört waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort gibt es eine Frau, die sich um alles kümmert. Die haben wir aber nicht gebraucht, weil alles gut funktioniert hat.

What a woman Lamia is and what a great experience! Myself and my sister were looking for an adventure and this is definitely what we got! You can tell Lamia is passionate about sharing her wonderful once in a lifetime experience living on a boat. If you’re an adventures spirit wild soul then this is for you. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, Lamia communicated well and we enjoyed using the kayak to explore around the boat and to and from the island. It was interesting to learn the tide times and wake up in a beautiful location to ourselves. It’s like camping on a boat but with that you get a once in a lifetime experience in nature to yourself. Would recommend and I’ll be going back for sure. Also make sure to take some food and water of what you need for supplies on the boat. The island is easily accessible too with cafes and restaurants ✨ Thankyou so much Lamia for a wonderful stay :)

Very nice (and new) apartment, easy walking distance to the city center. Rather non-touristic neighborhood, two small cafes just outside. Sofia was super quick and helpful in the communications. When we had issues with noise from other apartments, she was quick and helpful to help & manage that. That said: there is some construction going on in the building right now (May 2025), if that bothers you, check with Sofia. But I assume this will be temporary and everything ready & quiet for the summer season. I also enjoyed the flexibility Sofia gave me with an early checkin and a late checkout. And her recommedations for tours and restaurants. Always happy to return!

Isabel was such a delight. We had to check in very late and she stayed up to check us in nonetheless. The property was very clean, modern and had all of the amenities. The parking was right in front of the property so it was quite easy. The rooftop infinity pool was very nice. And the town nearby was so cute. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent sejour à Olhao, dans un quartier tres calme, proche des commerces pour des touristes qui ne sont pas motorisés. Avons apprécié la terrasse sur le toit qui nous a permis d'admirer les migrations des flamants roses tous les matins. Appartement très propre, conforme à la description. Il manquait qqs ustensiles de cuisine qui ont été rapidement complétés par notre hôte. Nous reviendrons dans cette belle region de l’Algarve et à notamment Olhao qui nous a conquises.
