Excellent place to stay with family and/or friends, very quiet and private to spend a quality time, always very friendly and helpful.

The house is very nice and nicely cared for. The cleanliness of the place is very good. The service provided by Claudia and the people who help with the care and supervision of the house was friendly and efficient. We had a great time.

The accommodation is very good, comfortable and with a very nice energy. The pool is amazing as well as its gardens, we went to meditate and it was a great weekend. Everything is great and the village is very beautiful.

It is a very comfortable house to spend time with the family in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. All the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are next to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable. The area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the subdivision, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

Excellent choice, one of the best there is!!!! EXCELLENT: Although the pool does not have a boiler, the solar heater kept the Jacuzzi hot (with delicious hydromassage!). The pool is warm and very cool. The pool table, ping pong table, foosball, soccer field, squash court, basketball court and children's area are all worth it!!!! Many green areas, many very clean rooms and all with mosquito nets, the barbecue has firewood. Private parking. Mr. Efrén is extremely friendly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. WE'LL BE BACK!!! CONSIDER: The kitchen is very small, so large families have to carry the food to the barbecue area, but there are several steps and it can be tiring. The wifi is non-existent in most of the house. Bring several tennis balls, soccer ball and basketball to enjoy to the fullest. There are no department stores nearby, they are 20-30 minutes away. Take everything at once!! Don't forget bug repellent

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener gets a 10, super attentive, everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything gets a 100!!!

For those of us who want to be close to nature, this place is a paradise. It's amazing to see peacocks in the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to a lot of flora and fauna that surround the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us all about the place and the great effort that has been made and is being made to maintain it. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we became friends immediately. Everything was excellent from the time of booking to check-out. Miriam was very friendly and attentive whenever we needed her help. The house is super complete to enjoy a few days of relaxation or even something more lively and with more people. The entrance has enough space for several cars. The dog park gets all the applause. Not only is it very well set up, but it is also 100% designed to enjoy the whole day out there. To summarize the deal. It was like staying at a very close friend's house. The house is amazing, very nice and spacious. It has plenty of privacy and several common areas to spend time with the family. Although it does not have car parking, they give you the option of parking it very close to the house. Adriana and her mom's service is very good, always attentive and on top of everything. Thank you so much, we loved it.

As favorable points, I highlight the friendliness and attention of the host, as well as the cleanliness and location of the house, which is very close to the walking center. As points of improvement: the pool does not have a boiler and the water was too cold; they do not leave the pool filter on and if the water gets cloudy, you have to call the host to take the filter; there is only one bathroom inside the house and the toilet tank took a long time to fill; the lounge chairs sink, without super uncomfortable.

We had a great experience. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A great place to go to disconnect and for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent rest house, large pool with enough to spend a good weekend, although we did not use it, it has a grill and the garden is huge, close to the center to go out to buy food and prepare in the house, although we tried to order food at home, it was not possible, they did not answer and some phones told us out of service.

A little isolated, yet within walking distance of the town, the space is very nice, lots of light, with a very practical kitchen and plenty of cooking tools provided. Garden is nice and big, the water was hot, and the pressure was good. Maybe the only complaint would be the wifi sometimes dipped very low, which is not great if you need to work, but otherwise great.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is just like the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops about 5 minutes away by car. The facilities were handed over completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We went during the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.

It is a very nice and comfortable place. It's 15 minutes from the main town and the distance helps you disconnect. I highly recommend this place, we had a great time.

The house is excellent, very nice. The industrial style combines very well with the environment, simple but elegant. The location is very good, quite close to downtown Tepoz. Teresa is always attentive to everything and very helpful. I liked that there are "Uber Eats" type delivery people and they take everything to the house. The privacy and calm in the place is excellent to relax and get away from the city. In short, highly recommended
