My stay was totally family-friendly and the place is exactly as described. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and private weekend. The house is very cozy, it has everything so you don't get bored and many extras to be comfortable and at ease. The host was always available and friendly, answering any questions or concerns we had. The condominium is almost empty, so the pool and the place were practically for us. The pool is large and always warm due to the heat. We didn't want to leave. It's a place I would definitely return to.

Rosalba was super friendly in our stay, she helped us in all the ways she could. The place is comfortable and despite being in a living unit is super quiet. I highly recommend it

We enjoyed our stay at the accommodation; we loved Santa Fe LifeStyle, easy to get to, very safe, clean, comfortable, and with air conditioning throughout the stay. The balcony, the pool, the parking, EVERYTHING arranged for comfort and enjoyment. Our host was very attentive, clear and easy instructions, everything within walking distance and effortless. And we loved it even more because of the proximity to places that are popular with tourists who like to be in the water all day (Las Huertas, El Rollo...) and because of the food (delicious recommendations from Baúl de Morelos) that is just a few minutes from the subdivision. We enjoyed the apartment from the first minute, and until the last minute, great from start to finish....!

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

Excellent place, very quiet, 10 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán , the hosts were always attentive to our needs. Shared amenities were amazing. Totally back.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

Highly recommended accommodation, very nice apartment, very well equipped and with a good location, very quiet and with enough space for guests, I really want to go back! the 5-star host was always attentive and very kind, the price is quite good, the armchairs and chairs are very comfortable, the beds are super clean!

Really lovely experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable, well-equipped and with a perfect atmosphere to rest. We loved the common areas, especially the pool, which is huge and perfect for relaxing. The green areas, although not very large, are impeccably cared for and have a special charm that invites you to enjoy them. One detail that we found very convenient was that from the parking lot you can practically access the elevator directly, which leaves you right at the door of the apartment, which makes arrival and departure much easier. Everything was perfectly organized, which allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves without worries. Communication was clear and timely at all times. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Thank you for offering us such a nice and cozy space!

She is a good host, very friendly, and always attentive and available for the messages sent to her. The apartment has all the amenities, very clean and makes you feel right at home. The pool is clean, I just think it needs a boiler, because even in hot weather the water was very cold. The guards are very friendly and careful about access.
