Excellent place, the area is a bit far from downtown, but in our case it was just what we were looking for, the nearby supermarket is stocked and you can walk there without problems. Fabiola is an excellent host, always attentive to communication. I would only add basic details for guests, such as bath soap.

I have rented Brian‘s place multiple multiple times it is so comfortable and relaxing. So much to do around the area. Easy walking distance to everything. Brian is a extremely great host will always check on you make sure everything‘s good. Bed is extremely comfortable. The apartment is definitely a home away from home. I will be staying there again in August, it is definitely my go to place when I’m staying in Cucuta
