We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

It is equipped with a sleeping area with 160 bed, shower room, sitting area and equipped kitchenette. We gladly share the (unheated) swimming pool, which can be used as soon as temperatures permit, usually from June to September.

It was 4 days of total relaxation! The place is extremely pleasant and bright and the air conditioning was very pleasant with the high heat. The surroundings are particularly quiet and make the experience even more enjoyable! Thanks again to Sylvie for hosting us, her kindness, and her wonderful accommodation!

EXCELLENT accommodation!!! Pool, zip line, trampoline, swing, slide, games room...Wahou a real paradise for children 🤗 they also loved Twix the rabbit, Leo the cat, not to mention the three Riri, Fifi and loulou chickens. And the adults also had a lot of fun with the petanque court, the pool, and the barbecue evenings... Peaceful place perfect for relaxing as a family. And Melanie our host is extremely attentive to our expectations and is very responsive. Recommended +++

We had a great weekend at Romain's for a family wedding. The accommodation was as described, very clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the reception area. My parents and I felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Easy, responsive communication with Romain. A big thank you for the recommendations and kindness throughout the stay. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance!
