There's a cool retro vibe, lots of sparkle & plenty of colour to tickle your senses, like a Fruit Tingle! It's clean, cozy & comfy. 5mins from centre of Town, nestled in Rural WA countryside. Whatever brings you to the Wheatbelt, you'll be in a beautiful, retro retreat. Outside pets ok, a big backyard, with fruit trees too

Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Rather unique Cabin with a huge deck in the heart of the Preston Valley with vineyards and artisan trails on our doorstep. 1.5 acres of forest, paddock, vines and olives emersed in the Preston National Park yet only 25 minutes from Donnybrook, Ballingup and Boyup Brook. (only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The farm itself is located 10km from the township of Wandering and 21km to Boddington. With a gentle slope to the property, you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the animals in the paddocks below. Private parking on site for the 3-bedroom home that sits to the left driveway as you enter the property. Central living spaces are warmed by a slow combustion wood fire with full kitchen and laundry facilities are your disposal.

Bird Song is located on a bush block at the edge of Boddington town with the Hotham River reserve across the road and a large farm over the back fence. Bird Song is a 7 minute stroll into town which offers an IGA, bottle shops, cafes, playground, skate bowl and op shop. The path over the road leads to the beautiful Darminning (Ranford Pool) which is a favourite swimming hole.
