The apartment is beautiful, the amenities in excellent condition, the delicious pool, the impeccable safety, the always friendly staff and Jessica's always friendly attention always clear friendly always responded quickly, made us have an incredible vacation…. We're definitely going back!!

The host was very kind to us, the place was beautiful and clean, my whole family enjoyed it very much and it was comfortable, it was also clean and they provided us with help and extra items to light the barbecue, I would rent it again without a doubt, it is worth it and it is 3 minutes from the Las Estacas and Santa Isabel spas.

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very good and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the front desk. Honestly, the place is very complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is fine.

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment complies with what it says in the description, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola was always attentive, we would definitely return. PS: air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The apartment is a great option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. Overall we really liked it and plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

Very nice and large house, it has a lot of space and many rooms. The hosts are very friendly, Mrs. Ruth is very helpful and kind. The kitchen is super-equipped! It's PET friendly! My dogs were very comfortable in the garden and throughout the house. It has mosquito nets throughout the house, but the mosquitoes manage to sneak in, I recommend bringing repellent.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

The exact place as in the photos! I didn't have to ask Fabricio anything, he always anticipated my questions. The house has one of the best locations in the cluster, the pool is huge! We had a lot of heat so I would have liked to have heating in the house, but we endured with the fans that are located in strategic places in the house. It has everything you need to make a barbecue. Honestly, we didn't need anything. You can tell the manufacturing experience in this Airbnb 👌
