This is the ground floor of a recently renovated and newly furnished detached house with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms face the garden. In the kitchen, there is an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and basic equipment. There is a terrace under trees, in the shade, very comfortable.
