Close to the center of Pécs, a comfortably furnished and well-equipped modern apartment with free WIFI, free parking, and non-smoking rooms awaits its guests. The property is a few minutes walk from all downtown tourist attractions. The modern apartment is for rent in the near of historical downtown of Pécs, few minutes walk from the city center (Széchenyi square), it is 48 m2 for 2-4 persons. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
