Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Crucero Tezoyuca

My stay went without any problems, everything as in the photos, clean, tidy, safe. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Everything that is advertised and shown in the photos is as it is, and Ana was available at all times.

Avril's attention and help makes the stay very pleasant, the location is very accessible and quiet. It also has many amenities for both the host and the area.

The garden of the house is very nice. We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace and we were relaxed because the pool is a couple of steps away and we could watch our son all the time. The pool water was at an excellent temperature.

The truth is, the stay was amazing. I celebrated my birthday with my friends enjoying the pool and privacy, the pool with warm water and everything was very good. Cindy is always very attentive and kind. I would come back again:)

The house is as shown in the photos, they are in constant communication, it is easy to get to and we spent a few very pleasant days.

There were 18 of us, family to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We had an unforgettable weekend. The house is on a hill, it has a very nice view. The people who welcome you, for that extra service fee, it's worth it. Very attentive, helpful. They are there to take care of the place and collaborate and facilitate. There are two sections in the bedroom layout. Two inside the house, each one is independent with its own bathroom. Behind the house in the garden, they adapted an extension of the house that overlooks the garden. Bedrooms for visitors. Virtually in pairs, they share a bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Just accommodating, distributing to people. It can be locked every time it is occupied. And apart from the inside of the house, they have an extra room with two bunk beds and a full bathroom, it can be for the service or for two young people. The extra pool service is worth paying for. A dream for those who like hot water. Christmas fam!!♥️

The service, cleanliness and order were impeccable in all areas of the house, we thought it had a great garden, pool and jacuzzi, we spent a few days super comfortable.

Everything was perfect, highly recommended if you want to get out of the chaos of the city, the house is very nice

Thank you very much Hector for always being available during our stay in the apartment, we loved it, we found everything as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably, we would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!
