Located in a leafy parade above retail, within a 3 minute walk of Purley station offering trains to Gatwick (21 minutes), London (28 minutes) and Croydon (5 minutes). High street has loads of restaurants and pubs. A few minutes walk away is a park with a playground and a Tesco Extra. Paid parking is available on all surrounding roads. Free parking is available on Pampisford Road (7minute walk away)
