Very nice 44 m2 triplex refurbished in June 2021. View of the mountains in the small resort of Réallon at the foot of the slopes. Near Lake Serre Ponçon (20 min) in the Ecrins National Park. In a quiet residence 200 meters from the Réallon snow front and its ski lifts, located 150 meters above sea level. The apartment is located at the start of hiking or snowshoeing trails, cross-country skiing slopes, downhill skiing, a sledding area, mountain biking trails.

Closed room, possibility to put bikes or other items. Possibility to eat out. Shops nearby. Embrun train station is a 20-minute drive. Savine-le-Lac is a 30-minute drive away. Departure for hikes as well, quick access to ski resorts. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (No dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling on business. To rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking lot, no parking problems, van accepted.
