This building at the bottom of my garden was a garage, then converted into a family run permanent makeup clinic and now a beautiful little bedsit only 4 miles away from Leeds city centre with all of the essential amenities close by! I have tried to keep this space neutral for most guests, toys and puzzles for little ones, cot available (please ask on booking) Wi-Fi and a table to work from for work trips, safe and cosy for single guests.

My partner and I stayed at donna’s as we were attending a wedding in the nearby area, it was super handy for this purpose. Compact but a good space for a couple, the place was really clean and Donna’s instructions to get to the property were really helpful and thorough. A quick taxi from Leeds train station too which was super helpful for us- thanks again!

Staying with Neville was a real pleasure. The house is beautiful and the perfect home base to explore the beautiful middle of england. Neville is a dedicated and responsible host, he was easy to get along with and took care of any issues that came up. He was also always down for a quick chat and was keen to share his knowledge about the surrounding area.
