Monthly Rentals in Cromwell

We had a great trip in this beautiful house! The lake view was amazing, the sauna got much use, and the beds were super comfortable! The lake access was also amazing for fishing. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

A truly magical escape! From the moment we stepped into this cabin, it felt like walking into a storybook. Every corner was full of love, thoughtfulness, and hidden treasures. It was like staying in a living museum—so many charming details to take in, quirky pieces to admire, and cozy nooks to explore. There was something new to appreciate each day. Our kids were absolutely enchanted! They spent hours playing with the games, LEGOs, army men, and other little gems tucked around the cabin. Their imaginations ran wild—and so did their energy (thankfully!). The surrounding nature was the perfect playground: long nature walks, climbing trees, watching birds and critters—it was nonstop adventure from sunrise to sunset. And after all that fun? The beds were like clouds. So comfortable, we all slept like logs every night. We are so grateful to have found this slice of magic and can’t wait to return. It’s more than a stay—it’s an experience you’ll carry with you long after you leave.

We really enjoyed our stay here. David was nice, super helpful and responsive and his dog is so cute and friendly. We also enjoyed canoe and kayak, which are free and enough for 5 people. Also, the view from house is really beautiful with lake view. Firepits and barbeque grills are easily used and again they are free, including unlimited firewood! We highly recommend this place to stay!

I stayed here with my 6 year old son who was in his glory amongst the chickens! He loved the task of rounding up chickens who had escaped the pen and tossing them back in. He especially loved gathering eggs in the morning. Lucie and Jason were friendly and helpful. I loved that we were able to make a bonfire in the evening. We will definitively be planning a trip back!
