It really is as described - a beautiful country retreat. We really enjoyed sitting in the armchairs with the doors open upstairs looking out at the garden and the view beyond. Very peaceful and away from it all! We were out and about a lot during the week but enjoyed the time we spent in the Lodge. Vanessa was a very friendly host who responded quickly and often provided answers before we asked. Great to have an elector car charger available for our sole use too.

Great location close to the beach and the amenities of the town. Private parking in a quiet road. Nice lounge area for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and got to see a lot of the North Norfolk coast. Andy & Annette

We had a family holiday with our two adult children, their partners and our granddaughter. The 4 bedroom house is lovely & is fitted out to a very high quality. We were allowed to check in early and check out late as the house was free on the dates either side. This was really appreciated by us all. The hosts, Marian & Alan, are really helpful and couldn't have made us more welcome to their home. There was a welcome pack of local produce when we arrived and a fabulous sourdough loaf delivered on the Saturday morning. We also took our two Cockers & they got a welcome pack too. The house is really well kitted out with luxury towels, nice linen and a large farmhouse kitchen. Plenty of living space with a good library of books and games. There is a big secure garden with a nice barbeque/patio that we also made good use of. The weather was also good so we made use of all the outdoor games that they supplied. Great place, thoroughly recommended.

A lovely clean place in a perfect location!!

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. We just keep coming back as it’s such a perfect place to stay - I love the lane and the little nearby wood for local strolls, and there are endless beautiful empty beaches - perfect for us and perfect for our sausage dogs.

Wow what a lovely place to stay! It’s immaculate and has so much included what with the Hamper on arrival, kids toys and books and games, DVDS, spotlessly clean and the quality of the linen impressive! I would go as far as saying it’s the cleanest place we have stayed and in terms of location it’s perfect! All in walking distance! Comfy beds and sofas! I can not fault this place one bit! If you book you will not be disappointed! It’s on a lovely site with pool £4 per child and £5 per adult well worth it so clean and tidy! Lovely bar on site too all dog friendly! Get booking you will not be disappointed!

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

We booked a few nights away, very well kept and clean chalet. Hosts were very attentive to any messages or questions we had. Made our weekend very enjoyable and we will be booking again

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great family stay at David’s place. The place feels like a home from home and has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is huge and a great social space! The rest of the house is very thoughtfully designed with lovely touches! Very responsive and friendly hosts, would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely apartment and excellent location. Jane was extremely easy to communicate with. The apartment was warm and cosy for a winter stay. We had a fantastic time and would recommend.

Feyja was very helpful and accommodating. We took our little dog with us and and were able to walk him nearby park even though the property ir right in the town. Freyja's house is a beautifully renovated seaside townhouse with lovely original features. The interior is tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed.

Fountains Fell Barn is beautifully located just minutes from Cromer and the beaches and pubs of Overstrand and Mundesley, yet is incredibly peaceful and quiet with spectacular country walks on the doorstep. The bedrooms and bathrooms (all on the ground floor) and kitchen, living room and upstairs play room (all first floor) were beautifully clean, perfectly furnished and very well equipped. We wanted for nothing and Tara was super helpful with local recommendations for child and dog friendly activities. Sunset from the living room balcony with a glass of wine while the rabbits and deer run around in the neighbouring field shall live long in the memory.

Jane’s place is lovely, a quiet and peaceful location close to the beach and village amenities. Huge garden and grounds and a lovely patio which is a real sun trap and nicely sheltered. We were very comfortable as were our two dogs. Would recommend for sure.

Perfect accommodation for our family of 4! Comfortable, well equipped living space. Great location - there's a cut through at the back of the park to the cliff top path where it's a short walk into the town and to the beach. Clear instructions sent ahead of arrival for an easy self check-in. Weve had a lovely stay, thank you!

A gorgeous stay at Andrew’s in Cromer. My young family and I had a great time. Stayed 5 nights and plenty to do and see whilst in Norfolk. Fantastic location and lots of space indoors for our 2 young kids and our dog to relax/ play in the courtyard area. The welcome treats were a lovely surprise and we had everything we needed in the apartment. Beds were really comfy and rooms were spacious. Friendly next door neighbours too. The apartment was bigger than we expected and everything was lovely and clean. Andrew was a great host with some fab recommendations. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely beach stay in Cromer.
