Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cromarty Firth

Dawn‘s small cottage in the middle of Inverness is indeed a hidden gem. Just around the corner of the supermarket and many delicious restaurants. And very quiet. Very clean, cosy and decorated very lovely. Thank you very much for being such an excellent and thoughtful host. We‘d love to come back some day.

We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place as a group of 13, the house was spotless and in the perfect location to explore Drum and the surrounding areas. We especially loved the large function space and lovely outdoor seating area, we were blessed with amazing weather so we got to make the most of it! Nikki is a fantastic host and has been very quick to respond and answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return at some point soon!

We love staying in Airbnbs with a bit of interest / history so the Presbytery was right up our alley. Andrea was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed as a family of three. Right in the heart of Foress, and close to other towns of interest like Elgin, Brodie, etc.

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Everything was 10/10. From the complimentary food and snacks to the location of the cabin on the river side, it was a 5 star luxury stay. I’ll be recommending to everyone I know.

Graham and his wife were lovely and welcomed me warmly. The cottage was tranquil, clean and I slept wonderfully well. I really appreciated the butteries and shortbread on arrival which was just what I needed after my journey. I’d recommend Gable Cottage given its quiet surroundings and easy access. It’s very well located for all the main towns and Gordonstoun school should you be visiting.

very helpful and lovely host! house was beautifully decorated with some great and funny little quirks to it! bed was comfortable. overall cozy and a great place to stay for a few days to relax in a quiet neighbourhood.

This was a great self cater AirBnB. We loved our stay here. We did not have a chance to use the hot tub, but it was a nice hot tub if we had had the chance. There is actually a view of the ocean from the right angle. Our stay here was perfect. Everything was thought of. Also had a great clothes washer and dryer. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Margaret and John were great. so kind, and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there. Hope to come back again.

Seriously… you will NOT be disappointed.. Tesco 1/2 block up, parking, walking bridge to city center steps away, the extra goodies Suz provides . The apartment itself is an oasis travelers . I will be recommending to friends, and that’s saying a lot!

Our group of five loved this penthouse apartment. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and all three bathrooms were spotless and had big fluffy towels. The large living / dining area has lots of windows. The well-equipped modern kitchen was appreciated by our group. Some of us walked up the hill from downtown each evening, while others preferred the taxi. We would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

This is one of the most thoughtful apartments we’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless, the apartment was large and inviting, there were comfortable beds and furniture, and it was well stocked with everything you could need. Location is perfect if you are popping in and out of Inverness to explore during the day like we were. Car park, train station, and bus station are right around the corner and it is an easy walk to restaurants and grocery options. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Caroline's place in Inverness. The flat was really central to the city - just a short walk over the footbridge. The flat also had plenty of room, even with us using the sofa bed. Loved our stay and would definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, a home away from home. Marie was very personable and provided a memorable and comfortable stay.

Susan and Michael were wonderful hosts. The room was very clean, and their home, including the garden, offered a lovely retreat. My girlfriend and I felt very comfortable in their accommodation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the cat who greeted us every morning. Michael also gave us many tips for the rest of our trip, which we included in our itinerary and thanks to that, we discovered many more beautiful places.

Vi havde to dejlige overnatninger hos Eleanor, som var meget imødekommende og nem at tale med. Indtjekning var nem og huset nemt at finde efter gode anvisninger. Værelset var utroligt dejligt og det samme var morgenmaden. Vi nød at tale med Eleanor som gerne gav tips til ture i området. Vi giver de allerbedste anbefalinger!

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.

Cathrine war sehr hilfreich und ausgesprochen nett trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung. Von Haus aus kann man einen schönen 1-2h Spaziergang entlang des Flusses zu einem Wasserfall machen. Zimmer und Bad waren einfach aber ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Frühstück (vor allem der Joghurt) sehr sehr lecker.

I really enjoyed my stay in the tower room! it's very small but almost entirely windows which gives it a lovely airy vibe and still completely fine for 1 person. Holly Lodge was a lovely place to stay in the Highlands and very central for everywhere I wanted to go. The town has good coffee options too!
