The house is located a 1-minute walk from the point of arrival and departures of all the ferries and hydrofoils of the port of Ischia, a few minutes walk from the historic center of Via Roma, as well as the various clubs and restaurants located on the Riva Destra of the port. Thanks to the proximity, about 200 meters, from the bus station it will be very easy to get around all the municipalities of the island.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

A bright open living area features a stunning glass wall overlooking the bay of Citara and a central fireplace for cozy evenings. Surrounded by gardens, it blends elegant Mediterranean décor with generous spaces. From May to October guests enjoy pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and daily housekeeping.
