The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! stayed at the cabin for memorial day weekend and had the best experience! if you are looking for a clamping experience this will give you that. We were looking for a safe place to stay with lots of outdoor activities to do near by (this was perfect). with multiple springs and nature paths nearby we had an incredible experience. The dock and fire pit were nice for nights and the kitchen is perfect for what you would need! had an amazing time the most memorable weekend and will definitely be back !

Beautiful place perfect for wildlife spotting. We saw gators, snakes, turtles of all kinds, a million birds and so many others. It was a fun and relaxing weekend. We checked out local trails nearby and enjoyed them. Perfect, serene getaway.
