It's what we call a happy place. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath with sleeper sofa in the living room. This cool little spot is located on a canal under large shaded oak trees.. It has a large detached, screened-in kitchenette where you can rig your poles or just hang out with the family. Bring your kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, jet skis and/or boats. Access to a nice private boat ramp at the top of Lake George and a place moor your watercraft. Silver Glen and Salt Springs are just a boat ride away.

The enclosed back porch has a daybed w/trundle for additional arrangements. Large back deck right on the water that steps down to your own dock to relax and watch the wildlife and, if you want entertainment, this home is just a few docks from Renegades on the River. Restaurants and boat rentals are close by.

*NOV 2023 RENOVATIONS Cozy waterfront 2/1 located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown. Quick rides to Salt Springs, Silver Glen, or Jupiter Springs -it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. The area claims to be the "Bass Capital of the World"! Get your freshwater fishing, swimming, shrimping in nearby and/or visit the beaches/shopping in St. Augustine about an hour away. Pets accepted with a fee. We have THREE rentals on this canal!

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
