Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Crenshaw, Los Angeles

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's close to the airport and downtown area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with ample street parking. Brandy and Tyler were wonderful and understands hosts. The place beautiful, clean, and well stocked. A lot of room for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Definitely saving this listing for our next LA stay!

Kazia and John were absolutely wonderful hosts! Friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We’re so glad we stumbled upon this hideaway - our experience here was a little cherry on top on what was (my) first time in LA. Will definitely be back :)

Renee and her husband were very kind and helpful whenever we needed something. The place needed some extra cleaning by the time we checked in, it wasn’t a problem for us to leave and come back but it wasn’t ready on time. However their kindness and thorough service made up for it. The neighborhood felt safe even at night which was important to me. They have a nice yard and a lockable gate. Might not be the best location if you are elder because the stairs lead up to the bedroom which is a bit small. It worked well for me and I would stay there again. Thank you Renee!

The house was awesome and perfect for a girl trip. The kitchen was super usable and the house was well thoughtfully designed. Hosts were super responsive and friendly as well! The location is super centrally located and overall close to all the destinations we wanted to visit

I very much give Cristina a 5 star! Great price, quiet location, very private. Everyone around is very polite and to themselves. Just living life. The airport is very close but I PROMISE the planes NEVER were a problem. Slept like a baby. Cristina is very responsive and helpful and is available is anything is in need, but the property is very well kept. Walking distance to events, nice local food around but just like everywhere be cautious and save. I will be booking with her again and if you’re looking for something clean, priced well, and private then look no further! Thank you again Cristina, very much appreciated 🙏🏾

This is a great option for anyone looking for accommodation in the West Adams neighborhood. The indoor space is cozy (as advertised), but the outdoor space is very useable. We stayed with two kids, which worked fine. It would be also be great for just a solo traveler or a couple.

I enjoyed my stay here, super clean and very comfortable. Lots of things near by and the Sofi Stadium is close by too. Recommend for sure! Rutilio was very communicative and attentive in making sure the guests feel welcome and answers any questions you may have quickly. We enjoyed our stay there.

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

I had a wonderful stay at Rochelle’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Rochelle was an attentive and communicative host, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

I stayed at Taylor and Don’s for a week. I had come from Marina del Ray (staying with a friend) so had got used to that side of LA. If you’re from Melbourne AUS - it’s like Southside vs Northside. Coming to the other side as a woman traveling alone, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the area. But Taylor and Don were like instant friends; welcoming, super helpful, answered all my ‘can I walk alone at night questions’ and I felt super safe in their apartment. Plus I really enjoyed our other chats when I did run into them briefly. The apartment has everything you need. It’s cosy and warm when it’s cold and wet (random couple of rainy days); nice and cool after being out in the LA heat all day. The space is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing & has the best views to watch the sunset with a glass of vino. Plus it’s so close to good coffee & croissants (Doubting Thomas). It was also really easy for me to get to and from the galleries/sites/bars/shops etc on my list. Sooo I’ll be back!

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

I needed to find a place to stay that would be walkable to cafes and grocery shopping for a long weekend in LA without a car and close to the airport and SoFi for concerts. This worked out well since it was close to where my friends lived as well. I walked to Trader Joe's and the little row of shops near it for a quick meal. When I had some issues with the apartment (portable air conditioner hose was being tricky) Amanda was very responsive. It's a solid studio apartment space with (as others mentioned) a very small bathroom. But the shower was good. I found the table area a little underlit if you want to work from that spot. The bed was very firm. I was happy to have an air purifier in the room & AC/ceiling fan worked well. The kitchen setup met my needs (microwave, tea kettle, toaster). And it had a full length mirror and closet with hangers so I could hang-up my outfits and get ready for an event easily. It's definitely a quirky room with what looks like original woodwork.

Ty’s place was clean and cozy. It’s a true studio and is a bit smaller than the photos suggest, but it was perfect for my needs. I had a hard time finding the front door at first, but Ty is very responsive and helpful.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location if you're going to SoFi or the Forum and want a place to crash. The description matches the apartment well and Christian was super responsive to my questions. I would say that if I hadn't been familiar with Inglewood generally I might have thought the neighborhood was a little odd. like, I don't know that I'd walk home by myself from a concert. If you need an ultra quiet stay, this place probably isn't for you. It's right over the flight approach for LAX so there's frequently plane noise, and the apartment is a little older so there's typical apartment sounds like hearing your neighbors overhead walking. Didnt bug us too badly! The garage parking was an awesome perk but if you have a choice I'd recommend driving a compact car - spaces are a little snug.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.
