Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. The apartment is located in a quiet and picturesque area. It is in this charming village that you can relax and enjoy the shops. You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

A place of rest and calm, disconnection and essentials. Old honey house, where you can rest, warm up, sleep, cook simply and take the opportunity to recharge and go on beautiful hikes... I receive guests with ease and remain attentive to your wishes to interact or not.

Enjoy a stylish, quiet place to stay, just a 1-minute walk from Coteau train station (5-minute drive to downtown Roanne). Completely refurbished in 2023, I make it a point of honor to host with all the essentials for your comfort. As I am also a neighbor of this apartment, if you need anything I remain at your disposal. Close to all amenities, large balcony that makes this place extremely bright!
