It has been lovingly created with a comfy bed, stylish sofa, modern bathroom, study corner, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and TV. It also includes a lovely decking area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. It is positioned under an ancient willow so you feel secluded and nursed by the billowing branches. It is in the bustling area of East Oxford with shops and indie caffes at your disposal.

We converted our front room into this cosy studio flat. It has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge, and sink. It has a private entrance. As it is the front room of our home, there will be some noise in the evening and morning. It is ideal for someone working in Oxford. It has TV and WiFi. There is parking at the front of the house if needed. Good location for bus stops, Cowley road, and the mini plant. Good shops & pubs within 10 minutes walk.
