The flat is a self contained annex to the main house, with its own entrance and self-check in if needed.

Bedroom has an English Standard Double bed, with reading lights, drawer space, clothes hanging rail, full-sized mirror, hairdryer.

We have 4 large double bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living spaces and parking for 2 cars. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Our outhouse is isolated and self contained with a small kitchen area. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are hammocks in the wood to lay in while enjoying the wildlife and birds. There are extensive footpaths in the countryside from our doorstep. Oxford is only 3.5 miles away.
