Standing in the garden of Hylands, a fine Arts and Crafts House, to the West of Kendal it is decorated using quality local materials and skills of local crafts people. It has beautiful views to the wildlife garden; pond, kitchen garden and the hills beyond. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops, cafes and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub 'The Rifleman's Arms'.

A really bright, modern self contained apartment in central Kendal. Brilliantly located for all of Kendal's wonderful amenities including The Brewery Arts Centre and Kendal Mountain Festival. Situated on the edge of the Lake District national park. Straight out from the apartment there are fantastic walks and runs up onto Cunswick and Scout scars, both with fantastic views of the lakeland fells. Please ask for information on brilliant local swim spots.
