Amazing experience! The place was well taken care of and comfortable. Dishes were clean and placed in proper locations. Residents were extremely polite and helpful when seeing them in the halls and common areas. Highly recommend! Fun activities in the area walking distance. Only recommendation for Devin & NaKayla is to have a new parking lot pin drop and better explanation of what to look for when going to the parking garage. Also when leaving the garage at anytime during stay to state that you just approach the garage door and it will open & to get to garage floor it is G1. For someone who doesn’t live in areas like that. I’ve never seen that before. Navigating the building to get to the common areas was a bit confusing at first as well. Lastly, it was a great experience and highly recommend. Will most likely stay again if ever in the area.

The Apt was in huge & in excellent shape, I thought the price was a bit high but still within an acceptable range. All amenities were as stated, but all may needs were filled. Walked daily on the adjacent Little Miami River Trail, which was awesome ! The nature of the building is prone to moisture and the dehumidifier was helpful ( A larger capacity one might be nice). Some under counter lighting in kitchen would be nice. The food at the Cartridge was very good, but the beer as a bit disappointing (certainly not the host’s fault)

This was honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Cincinnati. Everything was spotless, brand new, and thoughtfully decorated with a modern and cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The bed was awesome—super comfortable with hotel-quality linens, fluffy king-sized pillows, and soft, high-end towels that made a big difference. It really felt like staying at a luxury resort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook a proper meal, which we really appreciated. You can tell a lot of care went into setting up the space to make it easy and comfortable for guests. The location is also perfect—you can walk to great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We barely needed to drive. And the building itself is gorgeous. On top of that, the staff treated us like we actually lived there, which made the experience even better. I truly loved everything about this place, and it will 100% be my first choice anytime I come back to Cincinnati.

Great location! We walked everywhere. Lola’s for coffee every morning! We enjoyed the gym and hot tub as well.

Great apartment, though the wooden floors tell you that someone is upstairs. However, none of the guests blasted music or were loud.

The place is cozy and well located close to everything downtown. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nest. We stayed for a month and it really felt like home. It was stocked with everything we needed for the month. Very comfortable and peaceful. The view is gorgeous too! Red Whale and Michele were so helpful and attentive- anytime we needed something or had a question they were right there with a quick answer. They even provided us with information about activities going on in Mount Adam’s. We highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The directions were crystal clear and accessible. Appreciated the parking. Unit was extremely clean and well cared for. Elevators were quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this area. Oakley is the best place to stay at. I have a dog so it was so nice to walk the area without being scared. Easy to get to UC and right near stores, gyms can Starbucks and the highway. I felt right at home the minute I got there. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here. It’s so worth it, especially if you aren’t from the area.

Definitely will stay at this property again. Nice and clean, updated, great balconies. In a residential area but feels private and safe. Owner communicates well and quickly. I’ve stayed in several places in Cincy, and I’d pick this again for sure.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while moving from out of state. I'm so happy I booked this house, it was extremely cozy and comfortable while everything else felt chaotic! I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with my dog, even during the evening. The neighbors across the street were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had just about everything you needed, and plenty of linens and blankets were provided. Bryson was quick to respond, although we truly didn't need anything as it was all already there!

Melanie was the best. We had some ac issues and she was on it immediately! Very grateful to have stayed at her home!

This was our second stay here. It’s a perfect central Cincinnati location for spending our family holiday together, including our dogs. The house has plenty of space for everyone, and the surroundings are private. We love that each bedroom has its own bath, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

My family stayed at this location for my son's wedding. The accommodations were what we needed and experienced a peaceful stay. Diana was always quick to respond with any questions asked. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Robyn was a great host we forgot to put that we had a little dog going and when I told her about it she let us bring her and gave a discount on the pet fee even though it was label wrong on airbnb. The place was nice had everything we needed for the weekend. If I'm back there next year I'll probably get it again

We had a great 10-day stay here. The neighborhood is fun and walkable--if you have kids, make sure to check out the King Arthur toy store just down the street--with great restaurants. The house is nicely arranged with all sorts of little thoughtful touches, including backup supplies if you need some, and the fluffiest white towels. Would certainly stay here again.
