Patricia’s AirBNB was a hidden gem that delivered for me and my guests. It was perfectly located across the river from Cincinnati and we felt right at home. There was plenty of room for all the guests and we all loved our time at theAirBNB.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was located on a nice, quiet street within walking distance to some of our favorite spots.

This place has a great view of the city and is located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Mount Adams. It’s a perfect home base for exploring downtown and the central suburbs. If you don’t mind walking up and down hills, the city is accessible on foot, or is a short uber ride away. We enjoyed being steps from the conservatory and art museum. Take note that this property is equipped with only a fold-out sofa bed, which we didn’t find to be exceptionally comfortable. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Great Stay! Wish it could have been longer. Ed's check in instructions were important so make sure to read before arriving. Plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This space was clean and tidy and close to things I like about Cincinnati. Having the Findlay market just down the block was perfect. As well as washington park and the restaurants I enjoy that are close by. It was a great spot and cozy and pretty much just what I was looking for.

The instructions were very CLEAR! When I arrived the area it’s located in reminded me of NYC… the apartment was exactly like the pictures… I was lucky I didn’t have to walk the 9mins to park lol I was able to find parking in the front of the building…… I didn’t get the opportunity to sleep in the bed because I made myself comfortable on the couch:)… there is a friendly dog next door sometimes that sits outside and just looks at you… I didn’t bother the host at all because everything I needed was available for my entire stay…. I however did lose my charger so if anyone happens to stay in it after the 26th of May and finds a C charger YOU’RE WELCOME …. My overall experience was amazing if i visit Ohio again this will Be my go to ❤️

We had an extremely great stay and experience at Nicholas’s AirBNB. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back one day. Everything was just as described and very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. This was honestly the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Worth the money paid.

Beautiful home in Mt Adam’s really gives you a feel for the neighborhood and close to shops. Meticulously clean and everything is high quality. Each bedroom is on its own floor- me on the second and one on the third- which may be a concern for folks with mobility issues or those with littles- but for a it was a great way to maintain privacy. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week (for my oldest son’s 18th birthday and graduation trip) and had a fabulous time! The building itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. The renovations are perfection. The coffee is top notch. The town around it is charming and vibrant with lots of street art and some super cute restaurants and houses. Easy to find, parking, quick drive into Cincy - we all highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for me and my husband. It was close to everything which was so nice. It was a neat little neighborhood and we felt safe. Only downside is street parking, and no guarantee of there being parking by the house. But it wasn’t that bad, and the hosts had warned us beforehand. We would definitely recommend this place!!

This listing is one of our favorite AIRBNBs we have ever stayed at. If you’re looking to stay anywhere in Cincy and see the sights, this is the location to stay at. The mattress was fantastic, and there was lots of room to stretch out across the apartment. Parking was easy to find, and the neighborhood is very walkable.

Great place, we loved it. There's a lot of stairs involved with this house, so if you have mobility issues, this is not for you. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay for a few days, the garage was close by and the home was easy to access. The pictures around the home were very cool! Make sure to open blinds and turn on lights, it cal get dark!

A very clean place in an excellent location in walkable downtown Cinncinatti. Grocery and restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice to walk to the ballpark and not deal with traffic. Host very responsive.

I loved my stay at this apartment! The hosts put a lot of care into outfitting their gorgeous space, and the neighborhood was so convenient. I would strongly recommend booking here. One thing to note: this apartment is right in the heart of a busy neighborhood. There is a decent amount of street and people noise, especially on weekends. I live in a city myself so it was not an issue for me, but if you need quiet this may not be the best choice for you. Also, you have to walk up two flights of stairs. It was totally fine for me, but may not be for everyone.

Sid was very responsive to all messages and we were able to get right in. Secure parking was easy and walkable to OTR and downtown spots. Wouldn't hesitate to book in a second next time we are in town.

Great location for visiting Cincy, just a block away from the streetcar and two blocks away from the park in OTR. Very lively corner. Well accommodated with beverages as well

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

This location was just as described! Beautiful place. Clean and comfortable space!! The parking was what really sold us - private gated parking we didn’t have to worry about parking on the street. This place was within walking distance to anything you wanted to do tql stadium we could see from the window, a couple of blocks from Washington park which is beautiful - and has love music and drinks, 30 minute walk to the ball park and within a block from any kind of restaurant you’d want to eat. I’d highly recommend Losantis for a nice steak Italian meal, bees bbq for great service and food - ribs only served on Thursday’s but the brisket and pulled pork was great! The sacred beast for breakfast and lunch. Please stay here! You won’t regret it!!

A wonderful place easily walkable to TQL stadium and Findlay Market. Love the atmosphere. Super clean and everything you might need was already provided. Jaci was very communicative and readily available if needed.
